Summary

These game policies exist to protect the community and support healthy server growth. By visiting or using our websites, games, or related services, you agree to these policies in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately and remove any related software from your devices. These guidelines apply to everyone, including players, Game Masters, moderators, and other staff. Categories of prohibited activities:

Cheating -- > is the most common prohibited activity, Due to it's high turnout rate from committing cheating and benefits by cheating. Cheating is an act of dishonesty by performing actions that are otherwise not usual or intended, Gaining an unfair advantage over others. Botting A character is botting when its operator (owner) is not controlling it in real time. Botting includes third-party tools and packet editors, as well as any automated behavior that would be impossible without constant attention. You remain responsible for your character and account at all times, regardless of whether someone else accessed it, including unauthorized logins. Examples include (but are not limited to): AutoHotKey or similar macros, mouse-click repeaters, objects placed on a keyboard/mouse, mechanical click machines, and packet modification or replay tools.

There is a fine line between botting and normal play. If you are unsure whether an action may violate the botting policy, verify first rather than acting first and asking later. When in doubt, it is usually safer to assume the action is botting. Built-in auto-cast and auto-attack are allowed because they are part of the game and have natural timers. Being AFK while logged in is allowed, and being AFK during auto-cast/attack is fine because those actions expire on their own. However, if auto-attack/casting is resumed after it expires while you remain unresponsive, that is botting. Actions such as wood-chopping may continue without constant input, but movement, target changes, or logging in/out while AFK are treated as botting.

If botting is suspected and the automated system does not challenge or remove the player, a Game Master may intervene. This may include diagnostics and legitimacy challenges. Exact challenge methods are not disclosed so they remain effective. Players presented with a CAPTCHA challenge must complete it, or their accounts and characters may be investigated.

Bug exploit / manipulation -- > occurs when a player finds a loophole or intentionally repeats a bug for personal gain. A bug is any game behavior that differs from what was intended. If you receive an unexpected amount of gold, items, experience, or other value, report it immediately. When a bug is identified, we will try to contain it; if players abuse it or keep unfair gains, corrective action may be required to protect the server. In emergencies, we may suspend accounts, remove gains, and/or disable affected systems.

Hacking -- > Game hacking means unauthorized access to our services or attempts to disrupt or damage them. We treat all hacking seriously. Do not attempt to hack any of our platform services or related third-party services. Hacking may result in suspension, forfeiture of gains, and legal action where appropriate.

Chargebacks -- > By purchasing Elysium Cash, you agree that the payment is a real purchase. Chargebacks are not allowed, and payments are non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback may result in your account being blocked and your characters being deleted on Dragonica Elysium.
